This innovative knife sharpener from Wusthof is safe and easy to use and is perfect for use in any kitchen! It can be used for serrated and scalloped edges (in the ceramic fine stage only) and has a soft grip handle for comfort. The first stage carbide (coarse) sharpens dull edges and the second stage ceramic (fine) provides a polished, razor sharp edge. Clean with a damp cloth or mild brush and wipe dry.
